Tow bar wiring kit, 7-pole socket

Installation uses original vehicle connectors and a multifunctional trailer module. Compatible with both conventional bulb and LED trailer lamps.

As soon as a trailer/bike carrier is connected & detected, the vehicle TRAILER MODE is activated (see also vehicle settings) and the drive range of the vehicle is updated accordingly.

The Park Distance Warning System automatically turn off when trailer/bike carrier are connected & detected.

The Trailer Lamps are controlled from the vehicle and the driver will be informed if trailer turn indicator, trailer tail or trailer brake lamps are malfunctioning – additionally there is an audible warning in case of trailer turn indicator or brake light malfunction.

Available with a 7-pole socket with drainage holes to prevent accumulation of water.

Adapter is available to temporarily change 7-pole vehicle to 13-pole trailer/caravan adapter): 55622ADB00
